What are you known for and what’s your story, how did you get to this point in your career?
I like to think of myself as an open format DJ. What that means is that I can essentially play any music to any crowd. I think that’s one of the biggest things that’s not only helped me get this far in my career, but also kept me here and set me apart from the competition. I’ve played for some of the biggest EDM, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton/Reggae, Pop etc. artists out there and I pride myself on being a “chameleon” when it comes to my work.
What projects are you currently working on?
I have a partnership with Netflix coming out later this year to DJ a huge premiere party for one of their most anticipated shows! New music and more shows are definitely on the radar for 2022!
What style would you use to describe your collection/favorite prints? Why did you choose these pieces?
I would describe my style in prints as “HypeBeast.” That’s just anything that resembles high-end, rare, fashion forward, colorful, eye-catching etc. I think the hype beast mentality is what I’m all about. My favorite piece in my collection is my “Supreme Mickey Mouse” piece. Love it!
Where are your prints hanging in your home?
All my prints are front and center in my living room. Any and every time I have guests they immediately ask where I got it, how much it cost and where they can order thiers!
Any cool facts or interesting things you would like to share?
I’ve been on tour with Keisha! Diplo recently supported one of my remixes and played them during multiple DJ sets! And recently, multi-platinum winning producer Dave Aude asked to remix one of his songs on his new album.
What influencers / artists are you inspired by?
James Hype, Diplo, Carnage/Gordo, and Kayne West to name a few.
Favorite Things
Here's what I'm into now:
I'm currently listening to Kanye's Donda 2, but love artists like James Hype, Diplo, Joel Corry, and Chris Brown. I love some good House music! I've been currently watching Euphoria - it's my guilty pleasure right now. I like to listen to the podcast Checking in With Adamchak and love the Bucs! (Welcome back Tom Brady)
