How do I hang my frame?

Each order comes with hanging hardware specific to the frame selected. Screws and anchors are not included. Command strips and other adhesive strips will work if weight restrictions are observed. BIG Wall Décor is not responsible for frames damaged due to incorrect hanging hardware.

How do I assemble my frame?

Assembly instructions are included in the package. You can view instructional videos and downloads above.

Does all of the artwork light up?

All of our artwork is able to be printed for a lit option, however, only our lightboxes illuminate the artwork from behind using LED technology. The lightbox is available for all artworks.
