Are you ready to take the first step towards creating the custom wall art you’ve always dreamed of having? We accept artwork in multiple formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .tiff, .psd, and .eps. To ensure the highest quality of custom images with the best resolution and clarity, we recommend sending a high resolution image with a 0.25” bleed on all four sides and a 1:1 or 3:2 aspect ratio.
Image resolution has everything to do with print quality of your custom print. Resolution is defined by ppi (pixels per inch) and or dpi (dots per inch). High-resolution image is defined as 300 ppi/dpi or higher. We will contact you if we see an issue with file quality.
All of our sizes are in 1:1 and 3:2 ratio. If your artwork is not sized at one of these aspect ratios, cropping will be required. Do not put crop marks on the final artwork file. A 0.25″ bleed is required on all four sides.
